Panagiotopoulou Xanthi is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Piraeus and holds a Master’s degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). She is employed as a research assistant at the Laboratory of Local & Regional Development and specialises in Human Resources and Innovation.
